Job Description:

We seek a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our trucking company's operations. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in administrative tasks related to dispatching, invoicing, driver engagement, and broker coordination.

Responsibilities:

Dispatching: Coordinate and schedule truck routes efficiently, considering factors such as distance, load type, and delivery deadlines.

Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices for completed deliveries and ensure timely submission to clients and brokers.


Driver Engagement: Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.


Broker Coordination: Collaborate with brokers to secure and negotiate freight contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability.


Payment Follow-Up: Monitor payment statuses for invoices, follow up with clients and brokers regarding outstanding balances, and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.


Driver Statements: Prepare and distribute detailed statements to drivers, outlining earnings, deductions, and reimbursements.
